Return & Refund Policy

At Xena Grace, we want every supporter, customer, and community member to feel confident when making a purchase through our platform.

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Xena Grace. Because some items may be physical products, print-on-demand merchandise, digital products, music-related content, or community-related services, return eligibility may vary depending on the type of purchase.

2. Physical Products & Merchandise

For eligible physical products, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect handling may not qualify for a refund.

3. Print-on-Demand Items

Some Xena Grace merchandise may be produced through third-party print-on-demand partners. Because these items are made after an order is placed, returns may only be accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the problem.

4. Digital Products, Downloads & Music Content

Digital products, downloadable files, music-related digital content, access-based content, and online resources are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or the file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, we will do our best to help resolve the problem.

5. Donations & Support Contributions

Donations, support contributions, tips, or voluntary payments made to support Xena Grace, Xena Grace Help & Support Initiative, or related community efforts are generally non-refundable unless there was a clear billing mistake or duplicate charge.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

7. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our side, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, fulfilled, downloaded, or shipped. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
